Do my credits roll over?
Yes! Every month, we add your membership tier’s credit on top of what you already have. You can save, stack, and use it whenever you want.
For example: If you join on January 1st with the “Pro” tier and make a purchase in February, you’ll have your January credit + your February credit available at checkout.
What does early access get me?
Members get first access to new ZenPuff colors, limited-edition drops, accessories, and restocks. Since many of our most popular items sell out quickly, members are notified first and get priority access before the public.
How does the Lifetime Quality Guarantee work?
